Did you know Woodbury has an open Meditation Group?
It meets every Saturday from 10 a.m.-11:30 a.m. for drop in participation.
It is free and welcomes new people all the time. Whether you have been meditating for years or are just beginning – check it out.
There is a brief welcome where new people can introduce themselves, a 20-30 minute sit and then a non-structured discussion with treats.
