Here are our upcoming events:
1) Summer Skoolie through SoWashCo CARES on August 7 at 5pm at Royal Oaks Elementary. Come have some pizza and spin the famed Woodbury Thrives activity wheel!
2) Join us at Woodbury Days August 23-25! We will be on hand with the Woodbury Community Foundation booth as well as hosting a bike corral! Enjoy our city’s beautiful trail system and beat the parking blues by riding your bike and having us watch it! M Health Fairview will be with us giving away bike helmets from 9-10:30 on Saturday morning!
3) Park clean up at Carver Lake in partnership with the City of Woodbury’s Parks and Recreation Department – September date TBD
4) Flu shot clinic sponsored by M Health Fairview – coming this fall!
5) Join us at One Woodbury – September 15 from 4-7pm at Ojibway Park!
Bike To Woodbury Days!
Parking at Woodbury Days can be crowded and irritating. Enjoy the excellent Woodbury Parks and Trails system by grabbing the whole family and biking to Woodbury Days!
We will have a STAFFED bike parking area from 9-7pm on Saturday and 12-4 on Sunday. Come for the morning kids’ events, enjoy Taste of Woodbury, ride rides, check out the business fair, connect with friends and neighbors – and relax knowing your bike is secure!
On Saturday from 9-10:30, M Health Fairview will be on hand giving away kids’ bike helmets!
Carver Lake Park Clean Up!
Come join us to celebrate Earth Day and help keep our city beautiful. Carver Lake is one of the city’s most popular summertime parks and needs some TLC at the start and end of the summer.
Grab your family, neighbors, church group, scout group, sports team, card club and join us whether you can be there for the entire time or just 20 or 30 minutes. Many hands make for light work. We’ll have snacks and refreshments. Dress for walkng “off the trails”. Wear closed-toe shoes. Bring gardening gloves if you have them. We’ll supply the garbage bags, maps, and snacks!

Each summer, South Washington County Schools holds a weekly summer event at Royal Oaks Elementary School (7335 Steepleview Rd). Woodbury Thrives will be there on Wednesday, August 7. We will provide dinner as well!

Get set for winter by joining us for FREE flu shots, courtesy of M Health Fairview! No insurance required! We will update this with more details as they come!
Woodbury Thrives volunteers will be on hand. There will be Dorothy Ann cookies and bananas. No registration necessary.
