Woodbury Thrives has a list of small ways you can foster wellness in your life, across eight dimensions of health.

Carver Lake Park Clean Up on September 23!

We’ll have snacks and refreshments. Dress for walkng “off the trails”. Wear closed-toe shoes. Bring gardening gloves if you have them. We’ll supply the garbage bags and maps.

Flu shot clinic October 28!
