Join Minnesota Oncology in partnership with Gilda’s Club Twin Cities for an evening of hope and encouragement for anyone with a metastatic cancer diagnosis and their caregivers and loved ones. Speaker Kelly Grosklags, LICSW, BCD, FAAGC, is the author of A Comforted Heart: An oncology pyschotherapist’s perspective on finding meaning and hope during illness and loss. Her book speaks to the possibility of living a life of hope and peace regardless of life’s circumstances. She will cover topics such as:
• How can I maintain hope in a time of loss?
• How can I transform my fear?
• How can I make every moment count?
• How can I live with a life-changing illness?
• Despite this illness, how can I live with purpose and meaning?
• What do people want at the end of their lives?
