Our mission:  We connect our community to inspire health and well-being for everyone

Health is very broad and includes many different dimensions, all of which are important and critical for people’s health

We include everyone regardless of background and consider impacts on various demographic groups

We reinforce work already in progress from other community organizations rather than designing or duplicating programs

We want to close gaps in access, affordability, or other barriers, and work with existing service providers to address these

We look to build awareness, educate, and communicate in all we do

We are a grassroots movement – it won’t happen without widespread volunteer involvement.
