Intro to Couples Massage

Cost:$49 per coupleBring a loved one and connect in a fun, new way. Learn and practice a sampling of simple Swedish and Shiatsu massage techniques that you can continue to share with one another for years to come. Nurture each other and relax in this one-of-a-kind well-being class taught by a licensed massage/Shiatsu Therapist and energy work enthusiast.

Wear comfortable clothing. We will be working on chairs, mats and pillows in the Group Fitness Room.
