The Upstanders – a documentary about resilience and the power of connection to end bullying – with a panel discussion is coming to Woodbury on Wednesday, January 29. Sponsored by Youth Service Bureau, the program will be 6:30 – 8 p.m. at Resurrection Lutheran Church, 9925 Bailey Road. It’s FREE and open to everyone.
The Upstanders documentary explores cyber-bullying, bullying amongst friends, families, co-workers and the brain science behind it all. The film highlights new laws and programs already reducing bullying in schools and shows us how we can learn to make a difference together.
