Happy Hour at the Barre
Let’s meet for Happy Hour at the Barre! Amp up your energy and feel the burn during this 45 minute sweat session. This class combines Pilates, yoga and ballet moves to give you beautiful, sculpted, lean muscles – without the impact. Lengthen while strengthening your entire body utilizing a ballet bar and more!
