
Are you looking for a fun, outdoor workout this summer? Come join us for a FREE 30 minute workout, food samples, giveaways, and other helpful resources at Profile by Sanford! We provide nutrition, activity and lifestyle coaching to help our members lose weight and to keep it off. This event series is open to everyone and all fitness levels this summer on the last Thursday of May, June, July and August. The first event will be held Thursday, May 30th from 5:15-6:15 with the 30 minute workout from 5:30-6.
