| A series of family bike rides is the newest addition to the Woodbury Thrives Explore Woodbury 2019 Wellness Challenge. Cycle Woodbury Family Bike Rides will take place on Sundays starting on May 5. Each ride will be just 4 or 5 miles round trip and will involve a stop midway at a local restaurant or other community attraction.
It’s FREE and designed to be a fun, community event for all ages. The first ride on May 5 will start at Victoria Park at 3 p.m. going to 3rd Act Brewery and returning to Victoria Park (yes, it’s a brewery, but it’s family friendly with non-alcoholic beverages, pizza, pretzels and games). There will be two volunteer leaders helping escort the group on our beautiful Woodbury trails.
No need to register – just show up at Victoria Park with your bicycle. (If you need an adaptive bicycle, contact Dave Olson at olsonpdave@msn.com.) |
