Caring for a Loved One with Dementia is challenging for all involved. Angela Lunde, a recognized expert on dementia, caregiving and healthy aging at Mayo Clinic, will tackle the topic “Caring for a Loved One – The Dementia Experience” at the first in our Wellness Challenge Speaker Series sessions on August 6 at Woodbury Central Park Amphitheater from 5:30 – 8 p.m. The session is co-sponsored by Washington County Public Health & Environment.

Angela will talk about a whole person model for understanding dementia, including practical and yet impactful strategies for improving the life for a person living with dementia. She’ll engage the audience in the discussion.
